LIBER 2021 Online: Call for Papers
Working Group on Open Access
This Working Group was part of LIBER’s 2013-2017 Strategy.
The most important achievement of the group was the publication of 5 Principles for Open Access Negotiations With Publishers. Open Access remains an important topic for LIBER, and the group is therefore continuing its work as part of our 2018-2022 Strategy.
